PRACTICAL EXAMPLE
Line-level deduplication is useful for lists, labels and pasted checklists, but it does not understand meaning. When enabled, the tool ignores English letter case and keeps the first occurrence of each line.
Paste one name per line, enable Trim each line, Remove blank lines and Remove duplicate lines, then compare the output line count. Copy the original text first: people with the same name should not be deduplicated automatically.
